Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 26 September 2026

Please read these terms and conditions carefully before placing an order. They set out the terms on which we sell products to you through frexexpress.com. By placing an order you agree to these terms. If you have any questions, please contact us.

1. About us

This website is operated by Frexexpress Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 14933378), whose registered office is at Unit A, 82 James Carter Road, Mildenhall, Bury St Edmunds, IP28 7DE. Our VAT number is GB 493703471.

You can contact us by email at info@frexexpress.com or by phone on 07761 091805.

2. These terms

These terms apply to consumers buying for personal use. They do not affect your legal rights as a consumer, including your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. We may update these terms from time to time; the terms that apply to your order are those on our website when you place it.

3. Our products

  • All products we sell are brand new, genuine branded goods. We do not sell used, pre-owned or open-box items.
  • We try to describe and photograph our products as accurately as possible. Colours may vary slightly depending on your screen, and packaging may differ from that shown.
  • All products are subject to availability.

4. Prices and VAT

  • All prices are in pounds sterling (£) and include VAT at the applicable rate.
  • UK delivery is free, so the price you see at checkout is the total you pay.
  • We check prices regularly, but errors can happen. If we discover an error in the price of something you have ordered, we will contact you. If the correct price is higher, you can choose to go ahead at the correct price or cancel for a full refund. If the error is obvious and should reasonably have been recognised by you, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.
  • A VAT invoice is available for every order; please contact us if you need one.

5. Placing an order and how the contract is formed

  1. You place an order by adding products to your basket, going through checkout and confirming payment. Before you submit your order, you can review it and correct any errors.
  2. After you place your order we will email you to acknowledge it. This does not mean your order has been accepted.
  3. Our acceptance of your order takes place when we email you to confirm that it has been dispatched. At that point a contract is formed between you and us.
  4. We may decline an order, for example if the product is out of stock, if we cannot deliver to your address, or if there is an error in the price or description. If we do, we will tell you and you will not be charged (or any payment will be refunded in full).
  5. You must be at least 18 years old to place an order.

6. Payment

We accept payment by debit and credit card, processed securely by Stripe. Where offered at checkout, you can also pay with Apple Pay or Google Pay. Payment is taken when you place your order. We do not see or store your full card details.

7. Delivery

  • We deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom only, free of charge.
  • We aim to dispatch orders within 1–3 business days. Delivery is usually by Royal Mail Tracked or by courier. Full details are in our Delivery Information.
  • If we are delayed by events outside our control, we will let you know and take steps to minimise the delay. If the delay is significant, you may cancel and receive a full refund for any products you have not received.
  • The products are your responsibility from the time they are delivered to the address you gave us (or collected by you or someone you nominate). You own the products once we have received payment in full.

8. Your right to cancel and our returns policy

You have a legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, and we also offer a 30-day returns promise with free return postage. Some sealed health, hygiene and beauty products cannot be returned once unsealed, unless faulty. Please contact us before sending a return. Returns should be sent to: Frexexpress Returns, Unit 6, Rectory Farm, Tiffield, Towcester, Northamptonshire, NN12 8AA (not to our registered office). Full details, including how to return an item and a model cancellation form, are in our Returns & Refunds policy.

9. Faulty or incorrect items

We are under a legal duty to supply products that are of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. If there is a problem with your product, please contact us. Your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are explained in our Returns & Refunds policy. Any manufacturer’s guarantee is in addition to, and does not affect, your legal rights.

10. Our responsibility to you

  • If we fail to comply with these terms, we are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breaking these terms or our failing to use reasonable care and skill. Loss or damage is foreseeable if it is obvious it will happen or if, at the time the contract was made, both we and you knew it might happen.
  • We do not exclude or limit our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for breach of your legal rights in relation to the products.
  • We only supply products for domestic and private use. If you use the products for any commercial or business purpose, we have no liability to you for any loss of profit, loss of business, business interruption or loss of business opportunity.
  • Please follow any instructions, warnings and safety information supplied with the products.

11. Events outside our control

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control (for example severe weather, strikes or disruption to postal services). If this happens we will contact you as soon as possible, and you may cancel your order for a full refund of anything you have paid for but not received.

12. Your personal data

We use your personal data as set out in our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

13. Reviews and website use

If you leave a review, it must be honest and relate to your own genuine experience. We do not publish fake reviews and we do not edit reviews to change their meaning. We may remove content that is unlawful, offensive or unrelated to the product.

14. Other important terms

  • We may transfer our rights and obligations under these terms to another organisation; we will tell you if this happens and it will not affect your rights.
  • This contract is between you and us. No other person has any rights to enforce its terms.
  • If a court finds part of these terms unlawful, the rest will continue in force.
  • If we do not insist immediately that you do anything you are required to do under these terms, this does not mean we cannot do so later.

15. Complaints

If you have a complaint, please contact us at info@frexexpress.com or on 07761 091805. We aim to reply within 1 business day and to resolve complaints as quickly as possible.

16. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. You can bring legal proceedings in respect of the products in the courts of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland, you can bring proceedings in either the Scottish or the English courts. If you live in Northern Ireland, you can bring proceedings in either the Northern Irish or the English courts.
